GM has announced to its salaried retirees over 65 that they will no longer have health care, and need to find their own. My parents, 84 and 85 are confused by all of the options, solicitations, etc., and have no idea how they will afford the care.

- Funds should be incrementally allocated by design, and with the closest of scrutiny. Future advances should be justifiable to oversight.
